You agree to use our services lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Our AI systems provide analysis and recommendations — final decisions remain your responsibility. Professional advice should be verified by qualified human practitioners where applicable.
Sovael retains all rights to its platform, AI models, methodologies, and proprietary technology. Deliverables produced for clients are licensed for the client's business use. The Sovael brand, name, and marks are protected.
Services are provided "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed. Sovael is not liable for decisions made based on AI analysis without human verification. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to suspend access for terms violations. Data export is available upon request before termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London.
